How does the arlo spot light differ from the arlo flood light? I was thinking of putting the flood light in the back yard and the arlo security on the corner of the house above the garage. I was thinking the spotlight is less noticeable. Does anyone have any experience with this setup?

Also, Can you hard wire the Arlo spotlight?

The spotlight is much smaller while the floodlight is designed to be more visible as a possible deterrent. There's also a big difference in light output - the spotlight is 400 lumens while the floodlight is 2000 or 3000 lumens, depending on battery or AC power.

Yes, both can be connected to AC power or a solar panel.

The spotlight is a light. The flood light is a camera and light.

The spotlight connects via a "bridge" that plugs into the mains, while the floodlight connects either through a hub or to the local wifi network.
