Hi, I need help logging in to the cameras at my church after upgrading to a new phone.  It won’t let me in even when I have someone approve the notification.  What can we do?  Thanks for any help.  It’s not an arlo floodlight but 3 pro 2 cameras.

Have you tried email or SMS verification (and then enter the code)?  It's easiest to use email when near a PC or other device that can access the email, so you don't need to leave the arlo app.

Hi, I was able to fix this by being close to the person who had a device that was on the approved list. That is next to.  Thanks.

Install the Arlo app on the new phone, and then log into your arlo account when you open the app.

Two-factor verification can be tricky - I recommend logging in near a PC.  Then selecting email verification when the "push" verification times out, and read the verification code email on the PC.  One logged in, you can trust the new phone, so you won't need to use two-factor verification on it again.

Note if you still have the old phone, you can first log in there and enable SMS verification.  That will give you another option with the new phone.
