Floodlight pro 3 dissapears from app

After 2 years of use with a official arlo magnetic cable, my camera stopped showing up as active within the Arlo app.. after I unplugged it from the charger( totake the battery out to then put it back in in hopes that might make it work) I stuck the magnetic end back to the camera and it worked for a moment then entirely dissapeard from my app.. I them added the camera back(while I had it charging on the regular indoor charger) then when I brought it back to the outdoor charger it did the exact same thing immediately
I then tried my arlo ultra 2 with the cable(that outdoor cable the flood was on) and while it isn't make it dissapear in the app, it did cause the original problem I that I had with the floodlight not working(this was resolved as soon as i disconnected the ultra 2 from the floods cable..)
Is this a known issue that happens when the outdoor cable is going bad ect?

Have you tried a new charger to see if you still have that same behavior?
