Me either, and that is totally crazy.
Still, there could be issue in getting adequate signal strength to the floodlight location - something in the walls for instance might be blocking the signal path.
Is the floodlight connected to your base, or did you connect it to your home wifi?
How many bars of signal are you seeing in the app?
Are you getting good signal strength on your phone (from the fios extender) when you are at the floodlight location?
Do you see any other signs of impaired signal? (video corruption in recordings, or difficulty in livestreaming the camera)?

Thank you
Let me answer your questions
I have a program on my iphone called Fing, monitors my network, average download 182.9 mbps, upload 397.9 mbps
these reading are right next to floodlight.
i see no latency on streaming services , iphone, ipad
Flood light is connected to base station VMB5000, base station ethernet to fios extender.
right now 4 bars on arlo app.
I did move base station 2 more feet closer to floodlight , might make support happier.
again thank you

The floodlight seems to be holding its wi-if signal. The inner housing had oxidation build up on copper contacts, floodlight charging on solar panel, special 25 ft Arlo outdoor cable does not work.
