Floodlight Won't Activate

I have tried everything possible to activate the light feature with motion on the camera. I have removed the device and reinstalled, I have created custom modes, I have checked the sensitivity of motion. No luck. The light is plugged in via the magnetic charger and functions properly when activated manually from app. Any help or ideas welcome.

Do you have the Pro 3 spotlight, or the Floodlight (which has a much larger light)?
Are you getting recordings at night?
Have you checked the Night Vision settings (making sure "Color" is selected)?
