Floodlight Pro 3 Won't Power On

My Floodlight Pro 3 (purchased May 2022) won't power on with original or newly-purchased, charged batteries and power cable after cold temperatures experienced. Unable to reset without power. Any suggestions?

Then it truly seems dead. If within warranty, contact official support for a replacement. Otherwise, you'd need to buy a new one.

I assume you brought it indoors to make sure it's warm? What happens when any power is applied - the blue LED should briefly blink indication power application.

Yes, the floodlight camera has been indoors for many days while I’ve been trying to revive it.
When I put the original and new battery in the unit, and then also connect the unit to the AC cable, no lights blink.
