FB1001 - Unable to setup because I couldn't 'pair' the unit.

Unable to setup because I couldn't 'pair' the unit. Now the only time I get a blue light is when I reinstall the battery. If I press the sync button for about 15 seconds the amber light flashes but the blue light does not flash. With no blue light flashing I am unable to have a second attempt at 'pairing' the Arlo unit with my phone/home wifi modem.
Please help?

Have you tried just a brief (less than 2 seconds) press?
