- I subscribed to the CVR plan and it was working fine. Fast forward a few days and my camera was going offline a lot so after troubleshooting it with Arlo support they had me remove camera and add it back via WiFi and not through the base station. After I did that the CVR plan is no longer attached to the camera. How do I get it back. I paid the monthly fee already?
