Why doesn’t expensive camera system record to base station via Wi-Fi? Very dissatisfied with Arlo support/service. Signed up for CVR for my floodlight follow a robbery that my floodlight didn’t record, only to find out that it still doesn’t record bz it’s not wired to a hub or base station. No mention of these requirements when trying to figure it all out under the subscription options. Now out the $10 Arlo took from me in addition to the stolen items! no number to call and only a bot to chat with! Sheesh!

If you have a subscription, then you should see a phone support option in the app.

 

BTW, CVR requires that the camera be AC powered (in addition to needing a base/smarthub).
