Arlo isn’t connects to my network but says offline

Couldn’t get thd arlo to find my network so I started fresh and reinstalled the light as if it we’re new. Still no online. Everything I’ve don’t so far has been perfect. If this is because I haven’t paid the bill, I have tried doing that. No button to do so and the account was done on the 19th. I want to continue so if this is the problem let me pay

I don't know what the problem is, but it's not about the subscription.  The camera should be on-line whether you have a subscription or not.

 

Have you tried moving the camera closer to your router (as a test)?

Arlo what? Hub? Camera?

 

What does "isn't connects" describing?

 

Something [what] doesn't connect [how] to something [what] else"

 

What says "offline".
