Arlo floodlight camera

I hooked up to a new wi-fi that’s 2.4 and 5.0. I can see the Arlo from my internet provider as being hooked up but my iPhone Arlo interface will not find the camera. For me to link and view video or anything, it goes thru all the set up but when it goes to find the camera it turns blinking orange

Can you either turn off of lower the 5ghz side of your router??

I can’t turn it off but it transmits at 2.4
