Arlo Pro Flood Light

My Arlo Pro Flood light stays on at a very dim level (or actually starts flickering) even when turn off.   When this happens, the light then shows as not connected to my base station unless I go take out the battery and reset it every time? Any thoughts on how to get it to turn off 100%

I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team via the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support and open a ticket to further investigate this issue.
