Arlo Pro 3 floodlight - manual recording button and snapshot have disappeared in the live view

Recently, my manual recording button and snapshot have disappeared in the live view. Has something changed with the software? Also, at the same time, my recording history has disappeared even though I have a subscription and there has been no lapse in the subscription.

Sounds like you have 2k video enabled which removes the ability to record manually or use snapshots.In the camera's settings, under Video Settings, disable Live 2k Live Streaming if you really need the manual recording.

As for the library, have you checked your active mode to ensure that recordings should be occurring? Have you tested it your self by walking in front of the camera? A reboot of the hub may be useful, too.
