Arlo Pro 3 floodlight camera positioning not working

I have the Arlo app version 3.6.8. The camera positioning feature under the Device Settings>Device Utilities has never worked for my Arlo Pro 3 floodlight, what I see are just still pics from the camera versus realtime view to properly position the camera. The video bandwidth shows STRONG so I'm not sure what is going on. Anyone encounter this before?

Not sure what's going on either, but you can alternatively just livestream the camera when you want to position it.
Just be aware that the motion detection isn't as good at the top of the field of view.
