Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight won't show in Verisure App - or the subscription at Arlo through Verisure

I found no way to get the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight to work in Arlo app (with Verisure subscription) nor in to the Verisure app. Now I have to use two cell phones with different Arlo-accounts to get live stream and notifications from my cameras. Considering changing from Arlo if this is not fixable.

    This sounds more like a Verisure issue to me. Have you contacted them?
