Hi,
The mount of my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight got damaged today when a large tree truck fell on the camera ripping it off the tree. The screwed in part is fine, but one of the three latches which slide in when rotated to secure the camera broke. Are there replacements parts available? I do not seem to be able to find any on the arlo site. I am thinking I need the entire casing and mount for the camera.
Thanks.

Unfortunately Arlo doesn't provide replacement parts.

Any suggestions? I hate to throw away a 6 month old camera because Arlo does not support it's products very well.
Do other companies have parts which may work?
Thanks.

Did you actually mean the floodlight? https://www.arlo.com/en-us/light/arlo-pro-3-floodlight-camera.html
Or did you mean the normal Pro 3 or Pro 3 XL?

Definitely the Floodlight...
In the picture on the link you provided, the ring (far right) that locks into a base (which is screwed onto the tree in my case) lost one of the three teeth which lock onto the base.... leaving it not possible to securely lock in. The Camera and rest of the unit appears fine.

That one's tough. You can get replacement shells for XL and Pro 4/Pro 4, and they can use any mount.
But the floodlight is different, and I don't know of any other options.
