Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight - keeps going offline

I installed Pro3 a few days ago, find the camera keeps offline. I bought outdoor magnetic charging cable, so it’s not about the battery. Any suggestions? Thanks

Is this the Pro 3 Floodlight?

 

Is it on a hub or on a wifi access point?

 

How far is it from the hub/AP?
