I have a regular Arlo hub with a bunch of cameras. When I set up my floodlight, it shows up as a separate device with it's own geofencing and configurations.

Arlo hub works fine. Floodlight never sees my mobile device a "In Zone." My wife's iPhone works correctly. I am using a Pixel 4.

Any ideas how to get my phone to resync with this device?

That's because you connected it to your home wifi, and didn't connect it to your base station.

I'd start by checking the compatibility list, as you might be able to shift the floodlight to your existing base/hub.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062284/What-is-the-difference-between-each-Arlo-SmartHub-and-base-station

Just to clarify- Geofencing is an Arlo Cloud feature.  The Floodlight isn't "seeing" your mobile device.

Anyway, it is likely that you and your wife are using different accounts (with friend access).  If you are using the secondary "friend" account, then you need to set "Allow Access Rights" for your account in the primary account.

Thanks. Very helpful. I see my hub is VMB3500 so it isn't compatible with my Floodlight.

And for whatever reason Geofencing started working correctly. I will keep an eye on it.
