Where can I upload a video of my Floodlight in action.  

I have a suspicious character looking in my mailbox, then turning toward the street a soon as it cuts on.

Not sure what you mean - where are you trying to upload the video?  Generally if you want to upload a video to, say, the police, you need to download it first. Select the video of interest and use the menu to download it. You can the use whatever mechanism is needed to upload it.
