Arlo Pro 3 Flood Light Video Footage bad quality

This is an example of how my floodlight videos have been coming out on most of my footage. There's a lot of static in my footages and this started a little over a week ago. Please help!! Thank you.

This is loss / bitstream corruption. 

 

What signal strength are you seeing?

Are you having issues when you livestream?

I guess I'll try getting a router extender. I normally don't have that problem and I am having trouble connecting to the camera. Thanks.
