Hey folks. I purchased the Arlo floodlight to add to my existing Arlo system and the camera starts up, takes the picture of the QR code to add the device but won’t go farther. Any thoughts?

Does it show up on your router's attached device list after the chime?

Details depend on what router you have.
Do you have access to the router's web ui?
