Arlo Floodlight Battery Charge

Hi:

When I plug the charging cable into the battery, it will only take a charge up to 31% and then stop charging no matter how much longer I leave the battery plugged into the charger.  The magnet charging cable would never charge this device since I've owned it.  What is the warranty on the batteries?  I could not find it anywhere on the website.

The indoor charger+magnetic cable won't charge it by design.

You can use the outdoor charger, or remove the camera from the mount and use a microUSB cable.
