Arlo 3 Floodlight not recording

The camera works as I can see live feed but no longer sending alerts or recording to library.  I have had for 1 year with a subscription and has been working fine until this issue.

Can you make a manual recording while live-streaming?  Note if you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you'll need to temporarily turn it off (in order to enable the manual recording control).

Yes, I just tried and am able to manually record and shows up in library.

Good.  Have you double checked that the camera is armed?

One thing you can try is removing the battery for about 10 seconds and then re-insert it.
