Any idea why my new pro flood light will not connect ??

Do i need a new Base unit to work with this product, as my other smaller cameras work on it, but this new floodlight says i might have to get a new one, then it says its up to date, but then it wont connect ??

A base station is optional for Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight. From what you're describing, it sounds like you were able to set up and sync your Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight if it's indicating that the firmware is up to date. At what point are you seeing the issue? What specific error message are you seeing? Could you provide a screenshot?
