Alarms recording

When i install the floodlight it works for 3 month. But after the 3 month the alarms recording dosent work for the floofloght.  Even if I use and Connect a base station?
All other cameras world correctly.

A VMB4540 or VMB5000 would let you see local recordings, but it is not as good as the subscription.

  • recordings only shown in the app, not the browser.
  • recordings only shown using the primary account (not friend accounts).
  • no thumbnails - everything needs to be downloaded to the phone to view
  • no ability to make manual recordings or snapshots
  • remote access requires router setting changes that many find difficult (and which are not possible with some internet service providers).

Sounds like the subscription expired.  Is that the situation?

Only the two smarthubs (VMB4540 or VMB5000) will show you local recordings in the app.  Is that what you are using?

No, i use WMB4000. 
so the solution is to switch the base station to wmb4540 or 5000.
