My phone app and PC could not add the new device (base station). So, I am using my PC by turning off the Firewall, and the base station was recovered.

So the problem was solved by turning off the Firewall on the PC. The phone app could not do this.

What do you mean by "recover"???

Did you connect the base station ethernet to the router?

What status are you seeing on the base station leds?
