I bought 4 arlo pro cameras. 2 failed and i returned them both in one box with 2 return to vendor tickets. Netgear only replaced 1 and I have called and chatted with them till I'm blue on the face. They promise they will sort it out but never have blaming their warehouse for not replacing the camera. I will never buy again and I'm still one camera short. Any one else has this nightmare
