Arlo app on Samsung S10E update 12. Cannot sign in to Arlo. Continue to get a message saying 'oops, an error has occurred. Try again later.' Tried to uninstall and install app with no luck. What next?

Attempt to sign in on the web ( my.arlo.com ) with yr browser to verfiy the account is working.
same pw/user name

No problem signing into browser. We did change internet provider and type from horrible DSL to TMobile Hot Spot. Arlo App worked with TMobile for several weeks with no problem, then unable to log in on app. Must have something to do with that but doesn't make sense.

Yesterday, the issue went away and we were able to log in. No changes were made so not sure what changed but happy we are now able to log in.
