Sorry if this is a dup.... My system has never really worked as advertised. currently running windows 10 and trying to view my cameras to keep an eye on my property while i am in the basement without windows. my base station is on the first floor as are all my cameras. It does not matter if i have one window/camera up or more than one. they all will blink off and on every 10 second or so. so at this point the system is worthless to me (not that it ever worked correctly i think)

What browser are you using, check if the browser hardware acceleration is enabled in the advanced browser settings. Assume you have a video card installed.
Although the pro2 is only 1080p the file encoding is heavily taxing on low end PCs.
I imagine the more cameras your streaming the more the moving dots appear.
Be also aware that some browsers hog the hardware acceleration resource so other browsers can’t use it. Edge is one offender.
Easiest way to prove is to borrow a high end pc and test it.
