I have had Arlo cameras in for about 2 years. Never had any problems until recently when I found that there were no recordings in the library. I have never had a subscription or needed one. I have tried everything but uninstalling and reinstalling the cameras, which I have been afraid to do. Any suggestions?

Pro 4 cameras (that's the section you posted in) have always needed a subscription (as have all cameras newer than the Pro 2). I can't explain why you say you've had cloud recordings for 2 years without a sub unless you had set up local recordings on you SmartHub and were viewing those, not from the cloud.

My mistake-they are Arlo Pro 2 Cameras. They have been installed for at least 2 years, probably more. Can't find the record of when I installed them.

Check your active mode and maybe toggle it to a different one (Disarmed) and back. Restart the base. Verify that the app and web client (my.arlo.com) show the same thing.
