need help with base station

I have tried to get my base station on line and i am have issues.  Arlo will not give me support anymore unless I subscribe and pay for help.  can the community help.

What base or hub? What have you tried and what do you see?

Hi

I have the single base hub I purchased with two camera's used.  I have reset it after they told me it was deactivated and I can still not get connection. i do have a blue light and all.

Check the bottom of the base or hub to see what is on the label starting with VMBxxx.

Have you tried "add device" both from a PC (my.arlo.com) and the app?
