Hi since the nov software update i have lost my cameras so I have done a factory reset and have a small blank square that says my base station is on line but none of the cameras will sync to the base station even tho it shows it has by watching the lights also how do I activate my free cloud that came with the cameras and for some reason when i log in the site comes up without clicking the logon button and also if i change browser it wont send the login number to my e/mail

That's one long run-on sentence which makes it a bit hard to read and understand.

 

Assuming you mean the app update, I would start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. You can also try using a computer browser to go to my.arlo.com to see if that's any different. I suspect we need to know if that gets you back to where you were before we can address any other issue.

ok 1 thing at a time my cameras wont pair with the base station.

they look like they have when the flashing lights go between them.

all i have showing is home across the top bar(which is the base station) with a green tick and green dot showing it is on line.

and the screen add a device which I have done several times but no cameras showing.

Are you logging into your account using the correct email/tel. number I.e. the same one as with the previous user experience?

If your cameras are used with that account, you won't be able to use them with the new one.
