im having trouble changing my email my old one is no longer active and i cant access my app any long

my app logged me off and states it cant recognize my device so im locked out of my account and cant even access support due to the fact they send a code to my email which is inactive now. customer service from arlo is terrible when it should be so simple to get help. they have no number to call and i cant even get help from a live agent so much for paying.
