iPhone 13 - CVR is not supported for this device.

I have an iPhone 13 (iOS 16.3) and when trying to view my timeline I receive a message that CVR is not supported on this device.  I have removed and reinstalled the app and made sure all updates are processed.  Still does not function. 

Firmware: 1.125.17.1_11_de8490d

Just want to confirm that

(a) you have a CVR subscription for the camera

(b) the camera is connected through an Arlo base

(c) the camera has AC power.

I've checked your account and it appears that you do not have an active CVR subscription. This is why you're seeing this message when trying to view the CVR timeline.
