between april and july of this year i was charged $29.98. in august it was $11.93.  for the last 3 months it's been $39.98. i have no idea why.  i've had arlo cameras for about 4 years.  i've never been charged a monthly fee before.  i have no issues with the cameras. they operate fine.  how can i get arlo to stop charging me and to refund me?  thanks.

Have you gone into the subscription area of the app, and made sure you don't have a subscription listed there?

More the point is how arlo has gotten hold of your credit card.

 

Could be a hacker has it.

I suggest first checking the subscription status, and see if there is an active subscription with a payment method in there.

whenever i went to the arlo website the word subscription was always greyed out.  but a friend was able to unsubscribe me.  not sure how he was able to do it and not i.  but regardless, i know longer have a subscription.  i'm assuming i will never be charged again.
