Two users ,somehow having issues with one user now updating App to 5.0.3 (Oct 2 2024)
other user on 4.11.2 ( Jan 17 2024)
since update on Oct 2 that user unable to arm/disarm system
He can see action live on cameras etc
i am able to arm /disarm system using my Jan 24 Arlo update
is this issue happening because we are running two app versions ?
is it safe for me to upgrade to same new app version ?
don’t want to have cameras unarmed
thanks for any input

All depends on which arlo app UI experience you and partner are using. Nothing to do with the app version number.
If your display looks different to your partner’s I.e. they have a feed instead of library then you would need to upgrade to arlo’s new and improved experience for the sharing to work.
To get you by have the partner use your login credentials instead to restore access.

There is also a bug with the "friend" account feature, so even if the UIs match, you still might not be able to arm/disarm the system from a "friend" account.
Using the same credentials is a workaround.
