good WiFi connection but the live feed jumps and isn’t “live”

It shows I have a good WiFi connection but the live feed jumps and isn’t “live”. How can I fix this?

simple things to try... tho is sounds like more of an interference issue

1 reset the base in settings ( the cams should auto resync )

2 remove the cam and bring it back as new

3 swap the camera with another to the same place and see if the condition still happens
