After doing a firmware update the base station would not power up. After 1:15 minutes an RMA was issued. When the replacement unit arrived it was an outdoor mount not a base station. RMA indicated base station

I would recommend that you jump quickly on this as you will be billed for the base station if you don’t return your unit as they have likely received advice from the dispatch that you have received the replacement base station.

The outdoor mount has been sent back. According to ARLO, the incorrect model number was entered in for the replacement base station. I hope the get this right this time.
