I got a set of camera, the doorbell, 2x Pro 2s, and a floodlight. The batteries drain after 3 weeks since i live in a busy neighborhood, they lose connection randomly, and won't connect very often when I get an alert on my phone through the app and want to view a live view. Overall I am VERY dissatisfied with the quality I am getting from spending 700$+ on these cameras. Does anyone have experience with returns due to customer dissatisfaction? A 30 day return policy isn't enough time to discover these issues with the cameras...

Rapid battery drain and disconnections are likely due to 2 things:
1) Camera positioning that includes too much view (street, sidewalks not leading to the house) and/or motion sensitivity settings in your modes and rules. Post a screenshot of the cameras' views.
2) Camera location relative to your base. House construction, distance, 2.4GHz interference, etc. all can play into this. Tell us details about your environment for suggestions.
