Bought a new phone and tried to log into my account, the system tells me it does not recognize my phone and wants to send me a text to my old phone, so i chose email and it will not send me an email, same thing when i go to the website, i am locked out of everything.

Can you check the spam folder of your email account in case it went there instead of the inbox.
