cannot find teh base station with new app

I downloaded the new app and now the app cannot find the basestation.

Basestation is connected with the same ethernet

When downloading the new arlo mobile app, simply log in with the same credentials that you used in the past. No additional set up is needed, none of your devices or hardware will need to be set up again.

The new app cannot find the base station.

I tried several times with resetting the base station.

no results 

iPhone and iPad connected with the same WiFi network.
need urgent solution

The new Arlo app cannot find the base stationVMB 4000
Both iPhone and base station on same WiFi 
I already resetted several times the base station.
Still cannot find the base station
It works partly  with the Arlo Legacy app. but it indicates that I will have to download the new app.
