cannot access account

I had to replace my mobile phone and could not access old one.

Now I cannot log into my app after buying new phone, msg says: verification expired.

I have re installed app but same msg.

Arlo does not recognize my nominated alternate mobile number either so unable to move forward at all.

Any ideas?
