cameras footage purged

Home was vandalized, cameras caught footage of perp.  Police report issued.  I have basic 7 days free retrieval.  On day 6 (of 7 free), I was hacked by perp and all footage from that day (ALL cameras) was purged.  ARLO chat support no help.  How can I get Arlo to release footage from July 3 (purged on the 8 or 9th)??  Please help, insurance needs footage.

Unlikely to be a hacker, have you any granted access users maybe.

If the wanted recordings are missing then unlikely to get them back from the arlo cloud. Why they went early only arlo knows.

If you have a base station that supports backup storage and was implemented then you have a good chance of recovering the recordings.
