base station vmb4000 not working

hi, before leaving for my weekend, I had installed new arlo pro 2 connecting 3 cameras to base station - nice footage. but while away a message said base station is off line next day as could not access footage. apon return home 2 days later I trying to turn on base station with no lights. I reset without any result for 10 seconds no turn on any lights. wireless internet reset and tried different power sockets and still no result. followed instructions to install base station with internet cable and power cable installed - still no result of any lights on base station. any ideas?

If there are NO Leds lit on the base... it sounds like either the base or the power supply failure.

You prob have the option to return for another or contact Arlo Support for warranty purposes
