arlo pro 2 recording live

i know my arlo starts recording when it in motion, but if am watching a live feed will it record for playback later or will i need to upgrade to CVR for that ?

It will record while you watch live but you just have to do it manually just hit the record button like on a regular camera, it takes still shots too. Good luck!

Live view will turn off automatic recording but you can manually record. CVR would capture that time period as well as the whole stream but requires AC power.
