I have one of my cameras that keeps loosing battery life.  It seems to be that this camera must be triggered more often, since I see more small clips.  Problem is, this one camera, many of the video clips, I am not seeing my dog, wife, squirrels, or any other items that I feel should be triggering it.  I assume this is the motion sensititivy.  I have been on the Netgear site, and printed out their instructions in regard to this issue.  Where is the dang pencil icon they talk about?  I see in the upper right corner of my one camera in question, there appears to be a clock, a counter that shows how many times the camera has been activated, and a gear wheel. When I go into the gear wheel, that is where I would think to find the settings.  By the way, I am on my PC right now.  I have been into "adjust settings" but cannot find the pencil icon, or, where to lower the sensitivity settings. I am sure there is a simple solution.  Thanks.

On the PC the green pencils have been replaced by arrows that look like this: >.

Click on the Mode icon at the top of the page.

Select the Armed Mode and click on the arrow to the right of the text.

This page will have the word Mode at the top of the page underlined in green. Go down to the Rules section.

On the Rule for the camera you wish to change the sensitivity, clicl on the green wor Edit.

On this page, go down to where it says If The Following. Be sure the green square beside the Motion is Detected is selected.

Click on the arrow to the right of this selection and adjust the sensitivity.

You can find the pencil under “mode” just tap the pencil and it will allow you to customized your camera system. I hope this helps

The mobile app uses pencils but the PC IDE uses arrows. Thanks for responding.
