Hi,
Would the Arlo Pro 2 cameras with night vision interfere and set off a third party wired home alarm system with motion sensors?
For example if checking the live view at night on Arlo, I assume it would turn on the infra red LEDs and be detected by the other alarm system?

That's a real possibility. It at least partly depends on the exact camera/IR lighting positioning - If one shines in the direction of another camera, it could cause a trigger. Of course, it doesn't have to be IR - normal lighting can do this, too. Camera positioning and proper sensitivity settings should help minimize this.
You may also use it to your benefit. Arlo supports rules where one camera detects and another records. It's possible you could get things set up in a way so one system triggers another although that could be toughto do without something like IFTTT.
