I have 2 Arlo systems installed, in 2 different states... I thought it was a descent system to use the Pro and Pro 3, now ...will not record on either system and cannot get support even tho the Arlo site says they are limited to personnel due to Covid
I have called 4 times to Arlo support and unable to speak to a person ...yet ....having someone contact me back when their system informs you that you’ll keep you spot in the call order as received.
No return calls, no Customer support now for 3 weeks... ask me what I think of Arlo customer service?
