Will not replay any videos on any device, there is no support?????apperently I have to ask other people who perched the product as opposed to the people who built it, this has been going on since july, and now I have had gear stolen from my property

Did you use the Contact Support button at the bottom here and then again on the new page? That's how you open a case with support.

 

What have you tried and what do you see? Have you tried both the app and a browser? Have you reinstalled the app?

Will not replay videos, I have tryed reinstalling, will not reinstall on my phone now is going from bad to worse, a waste of time, I want my money back

The link above worked for me. Also, the Arlo website works. It rather sounds like it's a local issue, either with your phone or network (firewall?). Have you tried a computer browser? Have you utilized tech support here with your case?
