When i open arlo app, i get a message that the units are offline? All 3 lights are showing green.

When i open the arlo app i get a message that the units are offline. But all three lights on the base station are green and when i take out and put back the battery from the cameras they have blinking blue light witch  its supposed to have. I cant find the problem. 
i also have the arlo system connected to the iPhone app “Home”. From there I can see the cameras working. Is it a bug in the Arlo app?

I think so... have seen this happen to me a few times lately.. ( android os ).

I usu just make sure I close down the app ( not to background ) and re start it up to solve issue.
